Return and Excange Policy
Before you purchase a product from WEBIKA DESIGN DBA DRESS4HALLOWEEN please read carefully the Terms and Conditions Section:
Since we offer Party Costumes, Halloween Costumes there are no refunds or returns on the merchandise.
If the product does not fit you, or you do not like the color you may exchange it, by following these steps:
* Please send an email to dress4halloween@gmail.com
* You are responsible for all original shipping and freight costs and return shipping charges
* The process of obtaining an RGA usually requires 5 - 10 business days and will be sent to you via email.
* Proper credit cannot be posted when sending an item back for credit without first obtaining an RGA
* There will be a 30% restocking fee on all exchanged items provided the item(s) are not defective or sent originally in error.
* The product must be shipped to the WEBIKA DESIGN warehouse (as directed in the RGA email) within 10 days of issuance.
* All products must be unopened, packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were shipped with the product.
Please note WEBIKA DESIGN DBA DRESS4HALLOWEEN does not permit the exchange for the following products:
* Non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer
* Any items purchased more than 15 days earlier

* We will correct the problem right away
If you discover what you believe is a product defect, please contact us. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
WEBIKA DESIGN DBA DRESS4HALLOWEEN recommends you:
* Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all exchanges
* Insure your package for safe return to WEBIKA DESIGN DBA DRESS4HALLOWEEN or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
* If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
